We are proud to announce the completion of The Cove II at Creek Harbour, Dubai, developed by Emaar Properties, with Fibrex Contracting as the main contractor. The development comprises eight residential towers and four townhouses. Our team executed the gypsum and false ceiling works, maintaining quality and workmanship. Delivering interior works at this scale required accuracy, consistency, and coordination. Working with the main contractor, consultants, and other trades, we supported progress in line with project standards and timelines. Safety, quality control, and a clean finish guided our work. The Cove II adds to ProActive’s UAE portfolio and reflects our commitment to excellence.
