Completed in 2014, this college project on Zone 1 to 6, Al Khail Road, Dubai, brought together Client: GEMS Education, Main Contractor: Chicago Maintenance and Construction L.L.C, and Consultant: Arkiplan Consulting Architects & Engineering. ProActive’s scope included the supply and installation of false ceiling works and drywall partition works. The project required coordination with the construction team to support consistent execution across the college. Attention to quality, accuracy, and finishing helped ensure the completed works met the project’s requirements. This completed project reflects ProActive’s experience contributing to educational developments and its commitment to quality, coordinated delivery, and workmanship across the UAE.
